吴珣，中共党员，硕士研究生。毕业后就职于中国石油天然气股份有限公司四川销售仓储分公司。公开发表论文7篇，其中核心1篇；主持主研省市级课题10余项。

杜晶晶，硕士研究生，毕业于西南石油大学油气储运专业。主授课程《化工制图与CAD》《流体力学与应用》《燃气输配》等，参与发表论文多篇，含SCI一篇，2020年指导学生双创比赛获国家三等奖。
